Perla is the lightest and purest collection in the Gils range. Each sheet alternates pearl white, translucent and faintly silver-tinged glass chips that together glitter like miniature water pearls. Unlike a flat matte-white tile, Perla responds to every change in light: during the day it carries a soft cream undertone, in the evening it reflects warmer lamp light, and under pool water it reads like the skin of fine freshwater pearls. Because every tone is light and neutral, Perla is a particularly rewarding choice when more perceived space is wanted: in a small bathroom, narrow shower or spa cabin it expands the room visually. The tile is on paper backing and is suited to interior walls, floors, bathrooms, showers and indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Each box holds 10 sheets of 327×327 mm covering 1.07 m², at around 6.6 kg. Gils is an Estonian brand founded in 2014, design and brand strategy come from Estonia, production is done to our specifications in China and retail goes through our parent company Vipex.
